Publication (in press) at PLoS One Salem et al. These data are the results of a GWAS project on 3 ECG phenotypes after drug administration of a single oral 80mg Sotalol dose. Individuals were monitored for changes in ventricular repolarization on 3 ECG phenotypes (QTc, TpTE, TAmp) between baseline and 3 hours post dosing. There are 3 files, one for each phenotype: TAmp=DeltaAmplitude ; QTc=DeltaQTcf; TpTE=DeltaTpicTend In each file, you will find the results for 8,702,893 SNPs that have a good quality of imputation (oevarimp>0.4) and a MAF>0.01 on our cohort. Columns are the following : • SNP : ID of the marker • CHR : Chromosome (hg19) • Position : Position (hg19) • EA : Effect Allele • NEA : Non Effect Allele • EAF : Frequency of the Effect Allele • BETA : Beta • SE : Standard Error • P : Pvalue • oevar_imp : Imputation Quality
