% SUNLIGHT.seq 25 hydroxy-vitamin D Single Variant Meta-analysis % July 17, 2017 This archive contains 1 files: vitd.gwama.out This file provides genome-wide meta-analysis summary statistics from GWAMA for standardized log-transformed 25 hydroxy vitamin D levels. In addition to GWAS quality filtering, such as imputation quality and Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, variants were retained if MAF>=0.005.
