Summary Statistics: FGL1 as a modulator of plasma D-dimer levels: exome-wide marker analysis of plasma tPA, PAI-1 and D-dimer --------------------------------------------- Analyses were performed with the R library seqmeta on log-transformed values of D-dimer, tPA and PAI-1. For the 3 traits, the following analyses were performed: - Single-SNP analyses (files prefixed with "meta_Single_") - Gene-based SKAT5 analyses (files prefixed with "meta_SKAT5_") - Gene-based T5 analyses (files prefixed with "meta_T5_") Further, all analyses were also sex-stratified (Inter99 cohort excluded): - Males (files suffixed with "_M") - Females (files suffixed with "_F") --------------------------------------------- Single-SNP analyses file description: Analysis : trait analyzed Chr : chromosome Pos_hg19 : position (hg19 build) dbSNPID : rsID Name : exomechip variant identifier Gene : gene name EA : effect allele NEA : non effect allele maf : minor allele frequency mac : minor allele count nmiss : number of sample missing ntotal : number of sample in total beta : effect se : standard error p : p-value Direction : direction of effect in each individual cohort (in alphabetical order) nbstudy : number of studies where the variant is present --------------------------------------------- SKAT5 analyses file description: gene : the name of the gene or unit of aggregation being meta analyzed p : p-value of the SKAT test Qmeta : The SKAT Q-statistic cmaf : The cumulative minor allele frequency nmiss : The number of 'missing' SNPs. For a gene with a single SNP this is the number of individuals which do not contribute to the analysis, due to studies that did not report results for that SNP. For a gene with multiple SNPs, is totalled over the gene nsnps : The number of SNPs in the gene --------------------------------------------- T5 analyses file description: gene : the name of the gene or unit of aggregation being meta analyzed p : the p-value from the burden tests beta : approximate coefficient for the effect of genotype se : approximate standard error for the effect of genotype cmafTotal : the cumulative minor allele frequency of the gene cmafUsed : the cumulative minor allele frequency of snps used in the analysis nsnpsTotal : the number of snps in the gene nsnpsUsed : the number of snps used in the analysis nmiss : The number of 'missing' SNPs.
