The body fat percentage results are sex-combined meta-analysis based on 43 GWAS datasets and 13 Metabochip datasets, including up to 100,716 individuals, predominantly of European ancestry (up to 89,297 individuals). The body fat percentage was adjusted for age, age-squared, cohort-specific principal components and other study-specific covariates. The residuals were then inverse normally transformed for association testing. All the GWAS datasets were imputed into the Hapmap2 haplotypes. The positions were based on hg18. The effects and standard errors were reported for allele1. If you use these data, please cite: Lu, Y. et al.
