Columns are: SNP, Chromosome, Position (hg18), Host_Gene, A1 (allele coded as 1), A0 (allele coded as 0), *.Z and *.p.value  
The ancestry-specific Z scores and p-values: EA = European American, AA = African American, All = combined sample 
e.g. EA.Z is the European American Z score. 
A positive Z score means A1 is the risk allele and a negative Z score means A0 is the risk allele.
