Results are provided for meta-analyses of genome-wide association studies imputed to the March 2012 release of the all ancestries 1000 Genomes Project reference panel for FEV1, FEV1/FVC and FVC, with a total sample size of 38,199 individuals (33,009 also with data for X chromosome). The traits were adjusted for age, sex, height and ancestry principal components, and then transformed using an inverse normal transformation. The analyses were stratified by ever smoking status. Only variants with effective sample size, calculated as the sum of the imputation quality metrics times the sample size across studies, greater or equal 50% of the total sample size are included. Column names explanation: ID: variant name MARKERID: chromosome:position (build 37):variant type (SNP or INDEL) Alleles: alleles MAF_1000G: minor allele frequency according to the all ancestries 1000 Genomes Project reference panel (March 2012 release) P: P-value Neff_meta: effective sample size (sum of the imputation quality times the sample size across studies) Researchers using these data please reference: Soler Artigas M, Wain LV, Miller S, Kheirallah AK, Huffman JE, Ntalla I, et al.
